New user access requests are managed internally by Accelerated Payments and require some identity validation before access is provided.
These requests can only come from the main validated account already on the Halo Platform or from a Company Director.
Step 1: Contact your Relationship Manager or Operations Team
If a new colleague requires access to Halo, contact your dedicated Relationship Manager or a member of the Operations Team. Here are our contact details.
Provide the details of the person who requires access.
Step 2: Provide the required user details
Your Relationship Manager or Operations Team may request information such as:
- Full Name for the new user account.
- Company Name
- Email Address
- Mobile Phone number
- Letter of Authority
Step 3: Internal setup and approval
Accelerated Payments will review the request, perform ID verifcation if applicable and create the user account internally.
In cases where ID verification is required, a Letter of Authority will be requested and a link from a service called Credas to perform ID verification will be sent to the persons phone or email address.
Step 4: User receives portal access
Once the account has been created, the new user will receive the necessary onboarding and login information.
The user can then activate their account and access the Halo Client Portal.
These steps here will assist with logging in.
